I have owned this since the late 60's and used it to help train my bird dogs.. You take a tin can and put in the top of the device, add a 22 blank cartridge and when you set it off, it makes the sound of a gun and shoots the can into the air for the dog to go fetch.  I believe it is from the early 60's as it has no postal zip code behind the address.  Everything is there, all you need is a can and a dog.  Great condition.  i combine shipping.
