Payment is required within seven (7) days of the end of the auction.  We understand that sometimes things happen that may delay your payment.  Please contact us and let us know when we should expect payment if it will be more than 7 days.  If you are bidding on more than one item you may wait to pay until all auctions have ended and we will combine invoices as well as packages.  PayPal is preferred, other methods may now be available under Ebay's managed payments program. DOMESTIC SHIPPING- Shipping is a flat amount  within the United States.  We include shipping and full coverage insurance with tracking information for all of our auctions. We ship using the USPS but can use other services if the buyer requires something different.

RETURNS

We offer a thirty-day return allowance from the date of your receipt of the item(s) for a refund if the item is not as described.  IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND YOU MUST CONTACT US UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM to let us know that it is not as expected. Refunds will only be issued once the item is returned to us.

Please follow these instructions for returns: Buyer MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss why you wish to return your purchase and receive a return authorization. Items must be return within 14 days of receipt. There will be no returns on items sold AS IS. **Please Note: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund price; we reserve the right to waive that fee under certain circumstances. BUYER is responsible for all return shipping charges. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and we ask for the same care in packaging as we originally shipped the item. We insure all packages and ask that you do the same for returns as it will prevent complications with the return process.  If the item is not in the exact same condition as when it was shipped (unless it was damaged during postal process), the item will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be issued.
