Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a forest-dwelling fungus that lives and feeds on hardwood trees. You’ll only find this powerful mushroom in vibrant old-growth forests. Throughout history, Reishi has been regarded as one of the most powerful tonic herbs available.
