Catherine Meyer was originally from Alden, New York where she studied art education at Nazareth College, Rochester, New York. She moved to Oregon and continued her studies at the University of Oregon. Catherine also studied Special Education at University of Oregon. Catherine taught Art in Fairport Village, New York and then at taught for the Eugene School District in Oregon. She currently lives in Eugene. Catherine is a Plein Air painter of landscapes and still life works.
