This listing is for the Violet and Daisy Hilton (d.1969) signed 8" x 10" photograph as seen above. The pictured item is the actual signed piece of memorabilia that you will receive and it has been signed in green ink. This signed photo comes from Moe Howard's personal collection. The inscription was personally inscribed by Violet "To Baby Joan (Moe's daughter born April 2, 1927) a dear little girl may we wish you every happiness. Lovingly" and dated "March 23, 1932". This was signed just after the release of their first film appearance in the unique 1932 movie, Freaks. The signed photo has been authenticated by Beckett Authentication with authentication #11747436 which may be verified on the BAS website by entering the COA number to get confirmation of the specific signed item. We paid the extra fee to have the photo slabbed in one of Beckett's approximately 8 3/4" x 12" holders to protect this vintage one of a kind signed collectible. The many images show typical creasing, wear, and a pinhole at the top of this approximately 90 year old collectible as well as light contrast to the left side of the writing. The last image shows the central information from the letter of authenticity which accompanied the auction lot of signed photos originating from the personal collection of Moe Howard and this signed photo can easily be seen third from the bottom right of the collage image. The buyer of this item will additionally receive a high quality copy of the entire LOA from the full-time auction company through which the Moe Howard collection was sold.
