This is for one new grey Nortel (Northern Telecom) and Aastra M5000 Series handset with a 12 foot handset cord.  They operate on Aastra and Nortel Centrex phones such as the M5008, M5009, M5112, M5208, M5216, M5312, M5316 etc. These won't work on most other Nortel and Aastra phones. Please buy these only if you plan to use them on M 5000 Series telephones..

These are just the receivers and cords, not the entire phones. 

If you leave the Quantity at '1', you will receive one handset with a cord.  Quantity '2' would get you two handsets with cords and so on.
