Remarks:
One-direction only
This is NOT a bi-directional converter. It only transfers signal from HDMI to VGA.
You can not connect a laptop or PC with VGA out to a monitor or HDTV with HDMI.
Bypass cable
This HDMI to VGA adapter supports bypass conversion only.It can not scale lower resolutions to higher one.
To get 1080P out, both the HDMI source and Display shall support 1080P.
