What's in the box

- Supplied unpainted – paint and any miniatures shown in the photos are not included.
- At these scales the DHD is rather small and the detail will not be ‘pristine’. Please zoom in on the photos to see what to expect.

Shipping
Free delivery applies to UK orders, sent via Royal Mail.
Orders to Europe are charged at £9.99 + £1.99 per additional item and are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Orders outside of Europe, to the rest of the world, are charged at £14.99 + £2.99 per additional item and are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery time
For UK orders, you can typically expect your item(s) within 4-6 working days of placing your order.
For international orders, you can typically expect your item(s) within 7-15 working days of placing your order.
As all of our items are made to order, during exceptionally busy times there can be slight delays to orders.

Sales Terms & 3D Printed Items
- Quality: As this item is 3D printed, it is possible it may contain some minor blemishes and imperfections from the printing process. However, please be assured that we have a certain standard that all of our 3D prints must meet before they are shipped. These minor blemishes will not affect how the item works or how long it lasts but please be aware of this before ordering. We use real pictures of our printed items and the item you receive will be of the same or better quality than what is shown.
- Custom sizes: As all of our items are printed to order, we are able to offer custom sizes. If you require something in a particular size or colour, please contact us and we'll try to help.
- Materials: Unless otherwise stated, our other items are printed in PLA, a strong, rigid plastic made from renewable plant sources.
- Where an item is based on another creator's model, your parcel will include a small label crediting the original author.
