I try to use recycled packaging where possible

I combine postage for multiple purchases.

I mainly use Royal Mail for posting, occasionally Parcel force for larger items. I always get proof of posting. I cannot be held responsible if on rare occasions the carrier fails to deliver. I can let you have the proof, if you need to make any claims.

I always obtain proof of postage and USUALLY dispatch within 2-3 working days of cleared payment.

When an item is lost or delayed Royal mail do not investigate any claims until at least 10 days after postage. PLEASE ALLOW THIS TIME TO ELAPSE BEFORE TAKING ACTION. Royal mail may require a written statement explaining that you did not receive your item, which accompanies the investigation claim.
