This is an OEM driver seat upper back upholstery cover for your 2016 to 2018 Ford Explorer.  Ebony black perforated alcantara suede inserts and black leather with contrasting red stitching.  This cover was a new car take off. Customer did not want the factory optional red stitching so we switched it to solid black. Part number is HB5Z-7864417-AB.
