Parts are always shipped in black, pictures may vary in colour either because they are test prints or do not photograph well in back. If you would prefer a different colour, please contact us and we will try to accommodate.
Some surfaces may have a rough texture, this is caused by the support structure needed to print them. Please see our video for more details.

Our parts are created from measuring or scanning the originals and are extremely precise although they might have some minor visual differences for example areas on the original that are hollow will generally be filled on the replacements, this is partly to make the design easier print but also makes them much stronger. The feedback we have had from all of our customers suggest that these replacement parts are actually stronger than the originals. Due to minor differences from the origional, if the part is sided (Left or Right) we recommend buying both sides.
