Returns accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. No return is accepted without a return authorization at WPMORE's discretion. Payment will be refunded less shipping and handling fee (average $10) plus 15% restocking fee if refund is wanted. The item has to be complete in order to get refund with 100% original unopened condition (no wires cut or stripped) with return freight paid by buyer. Exchange or warranty only if box is opened and wires cut or stripped.

If the item is found defective within 30 days, no restocking fee is deducted to receive refund or replacement warranty. After 30 days, defective items may only be repaired or replaced and buyer is responsible for shipping charges for any warranty/repair. WPMORE has the sole discretion as to what is warrantied.
