Up for consideration is this black plastic? desk paperweight/bookend world quartz clock in middle This was an auction find. It is 6"tall and 5" wide/ and weighs almost 3 pounds. The seconds hand tries to move but seems to be stuck.  LOOK carefully at pictures as they serve to show description/condition of item.
