Delivery Information

We dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Dispatch times may be longer:

• on weekends

• during peak periods (e.g., holidays and promotions)

• where a different timeframe is mutually agreed

• where otherwise stated in the listing

Shipping costs & combined shipping

We work to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping rates are calculated from the warehouse nearest to you to help ensure the best value. If your item isn’t available at a nearby warehouse, we may need a little extra time to process your order.

Where possible, multiple items can be combined to reduce shipping costs.

Remote area surcharges

Some remote areas may incur additional shipping charges, including (but not limited to) NT, Far North QLD, and remote WA. If you’re in a remote location, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether extra charges apply.

Oversized items (custom quote required)

Oversized items such as van roof racks and ute trays require a custom delivery quote. Please message us with your delivery address (or preferred pickup location) and our team will respond with a quote.

Click & Collect (Free pickup)

Free pickup is available at any listed location for items in stock at that store.

Please note: eBay doesn’t allow us to display stock availability by location. As a result, listings show Epping VIC as the default location, which may not reflect where your item is actually stocked.

If you’d like to pick up, please message us to confirm stock availability at your preferred location.

Stock transfers (if not in stock at your location)

If the item isn’t in stock at your chosen location, a stock transfer fee will apply and we will provide a quote. Transfers are processed fortnightly and typically require 2–3 weeks handling time.

For the fastest and often best-value option, we recommend direct delivery to your address.

Pickup timeframe

Please collect your items within 10 business days from the date our team contacts you. Uncollected items may be reallocated to the next customer to keep stock availability fair for everyone.

If you need more time, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative.

Important: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all prepaid pickups.

Returns & refunds

For returned items, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Customs & duty (International deliveries)

International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or import fees upon arrival. Please check with your local authorities—any additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
