DELIVERY TIME

DELAYS & LOST ITEMS
We always obtain a postage receipt. Please note, once your parcel is posted, we cannot be responsible for the carrier's actions. RETURNS
Returns are only accepted if the item is brand new, unopened, undamaged and factory sealed. If your item is eligible for a return, you should cancel the purchase within 30 days after receiving the item and pay for return postage. Once we receive an item back, we will refund you within 48 hours.
