Best Offers -  We rarely accept very low offers (sub 50%) or ones that do not even cover shipping costs, let alone fees and our cost of the item.  In some cases the best offer option is primarily there for multiple item purchases as the listed price is already at slim margins.    (shipping averages = small items $4, medium items $12)

Shipping Charges - If you buying multiple items with shipping costs add them to your cart.  The total should automatically recalculate with a discount.  If it does not use the request total and we will manually adjust it.  ($3.00 for first item plus $0.30 each additional)

International Shipping - All charges and issues are handled by eBay through the global shipping program.  If buying multiple items be sure to purchase them all in one transaction otherwise they will ship individually per guidelines and cost you more.
