International Delivery Options

• We deliver to all EU countries and also to Australia. Most larger items are delivered by DPD. This is a fully tracked service. You will be able to track the parcel online at all stages of its journey.
• Transit time to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands is usually 2-3 working days. Other EU countries take slightly longer. Deliveries to Australia take 3-7 working days.
• Deliveries to Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Sweden use a different courier or we can use DPD. Please contact us for detailed tracking information once the items have left the UK if you need.
• Small items are sent using Royal Mail, which is significantly cheaper. Please contact us if you want to upgrade to DPD and no option is displayed.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email (and text message if a mobile number is supplied) to confirm that it is on its way.

Royal Mail Although 1st class mail is usually delivered in 1-2 days, it occasionally takes longer. Royal Mail themselves do not consider mail to be lost until 15 working days after it has been sent.
