Our Preffered method of Payment is PayPal. PayPal offers different ways to pay including Credit Cards. Shipping methods and costs are determined by the requirements of each individual order. No payment should be made or is neccassary, (even if promted), until you have completed ordering all the items in your order. Then, on the "pay now" page, you can use the "request total" link, and we'll send you an invoice with the proper combined shipping total for your order. It is the most accurate way to insure the proper discount.

Shipping

Domestic shipping service is through USPS and UPS. Multiple purchases will be combined to save on shipping costs. Please request an invoice before you pay to insure the best combined shipping rates. We can not alter shipping cost on orders after you pay. All International Packages are sent via USPS Priority International Mail. This service is Insured and Trackable. Any Import Duties, Taxes, or Charges are not included in today's Cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are usually added when you pick up the item. Please check ahead with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. We do not alter customs papers. Thank You

Terms of Sale

Payments must be made within seven days of purchase. All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. They must be sent back as they were received with all original packing and papers. Please Contact us first regarding all returns or exchanges. They must be authorized in advance. Send us an email with your name, item number, and brief explanation why you are returning the item, and we will send a Return Authoriztion Number and directions on how to send it back. Refunds will not include the original shipping cost. Exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. If you receive an item Damaged in shipping, please save the shipping box and contact us for further instructions. Many of our items offer manufacturers warranties and are sometimes better handled through the manufacturer depending on the problem.
