APPROXIMATELY 6.75 INCHES TALL (FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE FRINGES TO THE TOP.) THE BUTTON IS 1.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER.

Several fringes are missing, otherwise a clean item from 1917.
