IMPORTANT NOTE regarding Tracking Number: When a tracking number is provided, please always check the tracking information regularly, usually provided through ebay.

This is recommended, because sometimes the postal/courier try to deliver but do not always leave a note or they leave the order when no one is home.

Please note, if the item is returned to us after attempts to deliver have been unsuccessful, you will need to repay the postage so we can resend.

Opening Hours: Please note we are a small family business. All orders will be processed Monday – Thursday excluding public/bank holidays and office shutdowns. Some emails may be answered outside of those times.

International Buyers: Some countries charge tax, Import Charges or Custom charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item has left us, we have no control over charges or delays in delivery made by such agencies, so please aware of these possible additional charges and delays.

If you refuse delivery due to such charges, once the item is returned to us, we will refund less the postage charge.

Combined Postage For International Buyers If Buying From More Than One Listing:

It may be possible to do a combined shipping price, based on the size and weight of the parcel.

To do this, try the following:

1) Add the items to your basket           

2) Then "Request total from seller."
