Returns

Returns are normally accepted within 30 days. Please ask questions first before sending a return if your item is not working, or the description did not match.

For all other general returns, you can use Ebay to print a return label.

Please allow up to 5 days after return delivery to receive your refund. If Item is new, it must be returned unused with original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable). If item is used, it must be returned in the same condition as in the original listing. The item is in your responsibility as soon as you have possession of it. Care must be taken, for the item and return packaging, to ensure you receive a full refund. It is recommended that you use the same packaging you received your item for return shipment, unless the packaging and contents are destroyed or unusable.

Shipping Information

Shipping is offered through United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. The shipping supplier with the quickest shipping times, and the most cost effective, will typically be used.

International shipping will be offered if available directly, or through Ebay's Global Shipping Program. Please be aware of the extended shipping times using the Global Shipping Program because it must be shipped to Ebay's fulfillment warehouse, then reshipped again. We are not responsible for extra charges and extended shipping times due to customs. International shipping may not have a tracking number. Orders can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks for delivery for certain countries. Due to regulations we cannot mark items below value or mark them as "gifts."
