We will use an appropriate shipping service and/or carrier based on the shipping service selected at checkout and can not be changed/upgraded/modified in any way once the order is submitted.

If your address has a carrier restriction and is not serviced by one or more of the US domestic carriers (USPS, UPS or FedEx) then it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify us of this restriction at the time of purchase with either an order note entered before checkout, or a direct message within 15 minutes of order submission.

California Emissions Restrictions (CARB Compliance)

If this notice appears near the description image of this listing, then this item is NOT legal for use on emissions controlled vehicles in the state of California. The product can not be shipped to any California address until a Carb Compliance Waiver is signed and returned to us. If you understand the vehicle use restrictions of this product and agree not to install or use this on any DOT Emissions Controlled vehicles or roads in the state of California, then please contact us as soon as you submit your order to complete the necessary waver so that your order is not delayed.

All items shipped internationally will be shipped with customs declaration of purchase value; ALL duties/tariffs/fees imposed by the destination country are the buyers responsibility and are NOT calculated or imposed by us at any level. We are not liable for any additional cost or broker fees that are due upon or before your delivery can be completed. Often, these fees are due to the customs and import officer of the carrier completing the delivery prior to / upon delivery of the shipped product/s. All orders must be paid in full before an order can be shipped. Cost of any additional shipping service upgrades are due at the time of checkout and can not be added once the order is complete. Certain destinations are subject to sales tax which is calculated and applied to the order total before checkout and order submission.

These fitment indications are sourced from the product manufacturer and may be subject to change by the manufacturer and while we work continuously to keep these indications up to date, not all applicable models may be displayed.
