When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business. 

From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!

This is a gorgeous antique vintage Sterling Silver large Oval  Filigree Frame Opalescent Faux? Moonstone Pin/Brooch.

It is stamped Sterling.

It measures approx.  1 1/4" x 3/4". 

This has beautiful patina (otherwise known as tarnish...it could be polished shiny if you wanted it to be). 

I think this just adds character to it!
