Each cradle works ONLY with "its specific Samsung smartwatch model", so be careful to choose right one for your watch.

SHIPMENT

1. Item will be sent via "UPS Express” with tracking number.

2. Item will be dispatched within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment (excludes weekends and holidays).

3. Usually delivery takes "2-4 BUSINESS DAYS" to most countries after we shipped in Korea.

4. If UPS does NOT deliver the item to your country for any reason, we should use another carrier. 

    If there is difference in shipping cost, we will ask you before sending shipment and you should pay it.


5. If your shipping address is in "extended delivery area in rural area (not in big city)" and carrier asks more shipping cost,

   we will contact you & you should pay extra shipping cost.
