This Custom Titanium 2pc Pivot Set is a direct replacement for all the Benchmade BUGOUT 535 Series knives.

What is included in this sale is only the 2pc piece parts set to fit the original
Benchmade 535 BUGOUT Series knives. Consisting of 2 x BLUE Titanium parts in total. 


This 2pc set includes the following titanium parts:

1 x Custom   BLUE Titanium Pivot Nut
1 x T10 Torx BLUE Titanium Pivot Screw


Notes on Anodizing Aluminum and Titanium.
The original Benchmade Blue Thumb Studs are made from Blue ANODIZED ALUMINUM. NOT Blue ANODIZED TITANIUM.
It is very hard to do an exact color match as they are on 2 different materials and use 2 different anodizing processes.
My custom titanium parts will be hand anodized to a Deep Blue color. Please note: This will NOT be an exact match
to the factory aluminum Thumb Stud color. Please be aware of this by viewing the pictures for details.
By purchasing this set you are agreeing to this color difference. (I do sell Blue Titanium Thumb Studs if needed to match)


A Lighter Blue Anodized color can be requested.
However you will need to contact me about this color custom request
or the default Deep Blue color (pictured) will be sent out.

To install this Pivot Set, good quality Torx T6 and T10 tools will be needed. (Such as Wiha Torx tools)

Please note: A tiny bit of non-permanent thread locking glue, plumbers tape or even a drop of nail polish is highly recommended on
the screw's thread. Just incase it rattles off over time, as an extra safety precaution.

Please note: I am consistently improving each batch of pivot sets as time goes on.
There might be slight changes and improvements to what is pictured.

Slight color and machining updates or variations may also occur between batches. Custom colors can be requested.
Other colors such as purple, yellow, maroon, copper, natural raw titanium, light blue, brass, dark blue, bronze, gold etc.

International orders are sent via Airmail and usually take around 2-3 weeks to arrive to you once sent.

Anodized Titanium Cleaning Tip:

To maintain the look of your new titanium parts.

Gently Wipe clean with some Acetone but at the same time

be careful NOT to get Acetone on any G10, Carbon or FRN knife scales.
