BAIRSTOW MANOR POTTERY

Up for sale I have this wonderful Winston Churchill First Sea Lord character jug from Bairstow Manor Pottery in Staffordshire. This jug is a cartoon depiction of Churchill dressed as Lord Horatio Nelson and is a variation of the limited edition Bairstow Manor figure of similar design which i also have for sale. This jug is hand-made and hand-painted and issued in a limited edition of 250 and this is number 22. A rare opportunity for the collector.

This figure is approx. 8.25 inches/21cm high. It is brand new and was obtained direct from the manufacturer. It is 1st quality and is fully stamped underneath (see photo).

All Manor Pottery items are hand-made and painted and so minor surface marks and scratches are not unusual. I examine each one and mention any of these minor points. On this one there are just a few of the usual pimples, dimples and dots in the finish - see photos - nothing unusual.
