Return Policy

  • I will accept returns within 30 days of buyer's receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the exact same condition, with all tags attached, paperwork.
  • There is a 15% Restocking Fee. Refund = 85% of the purchase price. No exceptions. If Shipping was free or discounted, then the discount will also be deducted.
  • Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable. Buyer pays return shipping fees.
  • Returned items much be shipped Insured or with Delivery Confirmation. Tracking information must be provided by email.
  • If all these criteria are fully met, refund will be made within 3 days of return of the item.

I have done my best to represent the product as close as possible to the actual product. However, there may be some color variations from the pictures due to light effects. Same pictures maybe used for different sizes. However, the shoes you get will be the one listed on the subject. I will be willing to provide any additional pictures or information. Sometimes heavy duty, waterproof poly bags are used for mailing to reduce shipping costs, which can sometimes damage the boxes slightly but not the shoes or the sandals. If not acceptable, please let me us know so that we can take care of it and adjust the shipping cost if need be.
