Vintage Empire Green soup bowl.  It measures 8 1/4" x 1 1/2".  

The back is marked in gold International China Co.  Alliance, Ohio Empire Green.  

The bowl is in good used condition.  No chips or cracks.  Gold trim is faint on edges.
