This package contains one laser cut, fusible silhouette applique. 

Just peel the protective backing paper, position it on the background (it's slightly tacky so it stays in place) and iron.

The Steam-A-Seam 2 fusible web is already on the applique!  No tracing or cutting.

Full fusing and basic binding instructions are enclosed

Requires basic sewing skills to attach binding
