Model appears to be in good condition and it looks as if all parts are included. However, please view photos carefully as they are part of the description. It is possible that there may be missing pieces. I don't believe there are but I am not 100% certain. Box is open and has a tear on one side. It is well worn. Decals may or may not be usable. Instructions included.
