This is a Retro, Mid-Century (probably 1960s) Lucite Trivet or Hot Plate.  The design is a water pump with bucket and wheat stalks all with a blue tiny flowered design in the background.  The colors are tan, brown, blue, and white.  The trivet measures approximately 8" in diameter and has a depth of 3/4".  This item even has the 4 felt feet on the back and is in excellent used condition.
