This is an OEM Husqvarna oil pump protector washer used on the models listed below. It is pressed onto the crankshaft and prevents dirt from entering the oil pump for oil pumps which are driven by a crankshaft worm gear (not clutch driven).  The spiral pattern faces into the crankcase when installed.

Used on models 154, 254 (early), 262 (early).
