Mosser Glass "All the World Loves a Clown" small collector's cup plate features a balloon clown at center. Made of opal slag glass (Wind Frost). Mosser made these plates as part of a set with both plate and clown figurine, circa 1970s-80s.

The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or other issues. It is 3 1/2" in diameter.
