Merchandise exchange/return policy

Thank you for shopping with Shady Acres Saddlery.  Your satisfaction is very important to us.  We hope that you are pleased with your purchase.  However, should you need to return an item for an exchange or refund follow these guidelines.

• Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 7 business days from recieving date and must still be in brand new condition.
• Shipping and handling are not refundable and return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer Any saddle paid for by charge card will be charged 10% restocking any saddle paid for by paypal will not be charged a restocking fee
• Please contact us for a return authorization.  No item will be given credit or exchanged without a return authorization number.
• Keep in mind Brand new condition for saddles includes no wear marks from stirrup leathers,  please wrap your leathers with a soft cloth and plastic wrap to make sure no oil or wear marks occur. Test ride no more than 15 minutes Do not clean or oil any leather products.
• Undergarments, bits, feed supplements and all chemicals are not returnable
• All original tags must be on any returned item
• Clearance items are not returnable
• A copy of the original invoice must be included along with a brief explanation for the return

All refunds will be made in the same form as payment.
