I have designed this Cardinal Centerpiece Arrangement in honor of my father’s favorite bird. It evokes fond childhood memories and puts a smile on my face. The Cardinal is a favorite of many. It is undoubtedly a favorite as Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and Kentucky all honor the cardinal as their state bird.
The cardinal is a magnificent bird with a life span of up to 15 years. Said to symbolize hope, joy, health, rejuvenation and celebration. It is said that those who choose to hold the Cardinal dear are a special type of person – caring, thoughtful, energetic, and a heart to care for those less fortunate.

SHIPPING:
A NOTE ON THE SHIPPING COSTS: My centerpieces and wreaths are shipped in XL boxes and dimensional weight charges are applied by the carrier. Because of this they are EXPENSIVE to ship. I do not charge inflated prices for shipping and I do not charge any handling charges so please understand and consider this when you leave feedback :) I rarely ever charge more than it costs me to ship… Most of the time I am in the red on my shipping. In the rare event that it I charge more than the carrier charges I will refund any difference over $2.00 to your PayPal account.
V.I.P…. I ship all purchases with SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. This is the safest way to ship.
You can request to opt out the SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT but please understand in doing so you are financially liable if your purchase is stolen ... or damaged by weather.
Insurance is included in your shipping cost but the insurance only covers damage to the item in transit. Once it is delivered it is the buyer's responsibility. That is why it is best to SHIP with signature required.
I CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES …because I also use USPS competitors.
I ship only to the continental US for now. I do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or U.S. possessions. I do not charge inflated shipping and handling charges. I do recycle boxes whenever possible. I will do my best to pass any savings I get on to you. Shipping insurance is included in your shipping costs.
I reserve the right to use the carrier of my choice per listing. Sometimes I use UPS and sometimes I use FedEx, and I also use USPS depending on how big and fragile an item is. It is a time and convenience issue for me and not a cost issue. It just depends on what time of day my shipping goes out as to which carrier I use. If I miss my deadline on one I will use the other to get your purchased item to you as quickly as possible.
PACKAGING:
I do not charge any fees for packaging. I recycle boxes whenever possible. When it's not possible I buy the boxes new from ULINE. I do my best to save money wherever possible and to pass that savings on to my customers. I do not charge any handling fees.
RETURNS:
Floral Designs:
I accept returns on most everything except for Holiday designs. I have a modified return policy on those which is:
I will be happy to accept returns for exchange only on my Christmas decor UNTIL DEC. 1st. After Dec 1st I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. No exceptions. On seasonal and Holiday designs I only accept returns for exchange only. No refunds. All returns before that date must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in original box and packaging in new condition. The buyer must message or email me for return instructions. Please insure for full purchase price with carrier to insure your refund when returning.. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Pillows:
I do not accept returns on my pillows for health reasons. Fabric sample cuttings are available for most pillows.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom orders are prepaid in advance. I will post pictures of the finished design before shipping for your approval and critiquing. I work very closely with all my custom order customers to give you a design you can be proud of. Custom orders are not refundable. Please read all my positive reviews and buy with confidence.
