1. We provide 12 months quality warranty for all the range of our turbo parts.

2. In process of confirm the failure of turbo parts, we will need customers assist us to find out the reason of problem. 

We will need some pictures and VCR provide to our turbo engineer.

3. We will not responsible on the turbocharger failure that lack of oil or the oil not pure when turbo installation. 

    The turbocharger is very sensitive, we advise our customers choose the professional garage to install it.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

1. We accept T/T, Paypal as our normal payment type.I will send you the bank account your want after your confirm.

2. 100% payment is needed to pay after order confirm.

3. The quote price and freight cost all not including the custom tax at the country of location.

    But we can lower the value of invoice when delivery, to help pay less custom tax.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

1. The air cargo, sea cargo and express delivery are all our mainly delivery type.

2. As usual, we send parcel by DHL/TNT/EMS, 4-7 days deliver.

3. The clients from Russia and Belarus, please choose the EMS or China post if need ship by express.  

4. The clients from Brazil, please provide us the CNPJ Number or CPF number before delivery, the custom of Brazil request it.

STOCK & PACKAGE DETAILS:

1. We have a large stock house at China, to keep most of the popular turbo models in Europe.

    So normally we can delivery the turbo models at once after order confirm.

2. For some large quantity orders or not regular turbo models, we will need 2~5 working days to arrange the stock and deliver.

3. All our turbo cartridge are balanced, and have O-ring, gaskets,balanced report inside. Please check the picture as following.

4. There have 2 packing choices for inner box. One is blue box with our logo, another is neutral box with nothing.

5. Normally 12 or 6 turbo boxes in one outter carton. And 3 completed turbo boxes in one outter carton.

    We will can provide pallet or big wooden case if needed.
