The zero-rating of goods and services for a chronically sick or disabled person depends in part upon the status of the recipient.

What does ‘chronically sick or disabled’ mean?

A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if he/she is a person with:

A physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect upon his/her ability to carry out everyday activities or a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes, Parkinson's, dementia, or a chronic illness which necessitates a complicated medication regime.

If you do buy from this listing and you are not disabled, or you fail to fill out the form, unfortunately we will have to cancel the order.
