These pre-wired 12V orange amber 0805 SMD LEDs come ready to connect — with built-in resistors and ~15cm leads already soldered — making them a natural fit for any 12V project where you need warm amber or fire-toned light without calculating resistor values yourself.
Each LED measures 0805 (2.0mm × 1.25mm) with a clear diffuse lens, emits at 605nm in the orange-amber range, and runs at 12V DC with 20mA current draw. The 110° viewing angle spreads light broadly for indicator and accent use, and luminosity falls between 150–250 mcd — bright enough to see clearly, not so intense it overwhelms a scale scene or instrument cluster.

Wiring & power notes
DC power recommended: LEDs are designed for DC. Running on AC will cause flickering and reduce lifespan. If using a low-voltage AC source (model railroad transformer, DCC track voltage), convert it to DC with a MB1S bridge rectifier plus a 100µF 50V electrolytic capacitor for clean, ripple-free output.
