These are pre-wired 12V pure green flashing SMD LEDs in the compact 0606/0603 package — a self-contained blinking light that connects directly to any 12V DC source with no external resistor or timing circuit required. The built-in resistor and flashing controller make them especially practical for retrofits where space is tight and you want a finished result without extra components.
Each LED operates at 12V DC with a 520 nm pure green wavelength, diffuse lens, and 110° viewing angle — wide enough to be visible off-axis in most indicator and accent applications. Brightness measures 675 mcd, which reads cleanly as a status indicator without being overwhelming. The 0606 package is the same footprint as a standard 0603 SMD LED and fits the same pads. Each unit comes with approximately 15 cm (6 inches) of pre-soldered wire, so you can drop it into a project or mod without soldering directly to the LED body.

- Xbox 360 Ring of Light mods — the RF board on the Phat model uses five 0603 LEDs (four ring quadrants plus center power); swapping to pure green gives a clean, distinctive look distinct from the stock dim green
- Xbox One / One S / One X power button board — 0603 footprint confirmed; green is a popular alternative to the stock white

Wiring & power notes
Animated LEDs (flashing, flickering, fading) require DC — they will not operate correctly on AC power. If you are working from a low-voltage AC source such as a model railroad transformer or DCC output, convert to DC first with a MB1S bridge rectifier paired with a 100µF 50V electrolytic capacitor for smoothing. Without the capacitor, the animation pattern may glitch on the pulsed DC output of a bare rectifier.
