New production by Domino, the leading lever manufacturer of Italy.  Construction is of stout nylon, and black to suit that 'badass' look you might be trying for.  (Matching black Domino clutch and brake levers to be available shortly...)

The lever suits 7/8" bars, and is reversible to suit a valve lifter if desired.  Includes screw-crimp cable end as shown.
