Additional Shipping Policy:

Curb-side delivery only.

The machine will be delivered to your driveway or curb outside the delivery address you provided upon purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the product inside.

However, we offer other truck delivery options stated below. CALL US should you need any of these services.

1. Inside delivery

Your item will be transported from the truck to the inside of the first floor front door of your office. (Please take note that the delivery personnel will not unpack or setup the item and will not place it in a specific room.)

2. Lift Gate Service

Delivery personnel will transport your machine from the back of the truck to the ground using a liftgate.

3. Residential/Non-Commercial Delivery

In case of apartment building, delivery will be to the central lobby only.

Shipments outside US

Customer will be responsible for all taxes, duties and customer broker fees which are not included or provided by the freight estimate supplied with quotation.

Shipments outside of the continental US (Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii)

Alternate methods of shipping other than ground service may apply which result in additional freight charges not provided by the freight estimate.
