Vintage program is in very good condition (slight cover wear and creases, see scan).  This item includes the original game ticket stub. Program is neatly scored through ten innings, and is from the game played June 5th, 1974 between the New York Yankees at the Chicago White Sox.  The White Sox defeated the Yankees, 7-6 in fifteen innings.  Terry Forster got the win, with seven brilliant relief innings after allowing the game tying run in the top of the ninth. He allowed just the one run on five hits, no walks and seven strikeouts.  Cecil Upshaw took the loss, despite pitching five strong innings of relief.  Dick Allen led off the 15th inning with a single, got bunted over to 2nd base and scored the "walk-off" run on a Jorge Orta double.
