My goods are all from a pet and smoke free home.

I securely package all my items for despatch and very often reuse old packing materials.  If however you aren’t happy with that, then please contact me at the point of sale and I’ll see if I can pack your item in new materials.

I obtain a certificate/proof of posting for all items sent by Royal Mail

I’ve only encountered the odd problem and that has been when Royal Mail has lost the parcel. I do always get a proof of posting, unfortunately Royal Mail don’t consider a UK parcel ‘lost’ until it is 15 days overdue. Only THEN can I refund/replace etc. That gives Royal Mail sufficient time to try and track the error.

Accidents do happen so if things go wrong, rather than leaving negative feedback please contact me first so we can attempt to rectify the problem. 

I sell various items and don’t know everything about all of them but I can assure you that customer service is important to me and my aim is not to deceive so give me a chance to put your concerns at ease.

If there is a tape measure in the picture then it isn’t included or a part of the sale of any of the items unless specified.  It is just to show the scale of the item for sale.
