Best price anywhere on a #44 replacement key proven thousands of times to fit perfectly into the Rain Bird #44 valve as well as the Hunter HQ-44 Toro 100 SLK and 474 Buckner QB -44 as well as the Champion and Lawnlife 1" quick coupler valves
I have sold thousands of these keys to cities, schools, golf course and here on eBay without ever having a return due to quality. Poured and assembled overseas by a company that has been private labeling brass irrigation equipment for American companies since the 1980's.
Here are some critical measurements that will help you get the right key for your valve
*Key length 9" (not critical)
*1" Male threads at the top of key as well as 3/4" female threads. (critical)
*Outside diameter of key where it enters the valve approx. 15/16" (most critical) for this to work when you lift the lid of your valve the hole where the key is inserted should be approximately 1" not including the tracking slot
*Inside diameter of key where it enters the valve approx. 3/4" the inside opening width the water will flow through (critical)
* ONLY one tracking slot at the top of your valve when you open the lid not two and not zero this would indicate threaded (critical)
**Great tip if you dig down just a little on the non-hinged side of your valve there will be a valve model number. Great tip #2 if you can't see it down in a valve box use your phone to take a picture
*****Happy to look at pictures of your valve
These will not fit the #5 or #55 quick coupler valves, that is a slightly larger key which I do carry so contact me if that is what you need. Thanks Frank
If you are planning on using this key with a standard garden hose, please check our store for great combinations featuring this same key with swivels and garden hose valve options.
