Most of our orders are dispatched on the same working day or at latest, the next working day after cleared payment has been received.

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure their safe delivery to you.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Collect + or UK Mail.

Please note that FREE shipping is restricted to UK Mainland customers only.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition.

Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace where possible, or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty. We reserve the right to have any faulty items tested by the manufacturer before issuing a refund or replacement.

All returns must be authorised and send back to us with proof of delivery. Any return postage costs will be refunded at our discretion only.

The aim of establishing IDCI - Islamic Dawah Centre International was to fulfil the obligatory duty of Dawah - conveying the pure and pristine message of Islam to masses in Britain and overseas and also try to counter the ever increasing misunderstanding and misconceptions about Islam.

The core activities of IDCI are the printing and distribution of the meaning of the Glorious Qur'an and Islamic literature based on the authentic sources of Islamic teaching.
