The Trigger Gate Carabiner Hook can be set in the gate open position and used to trigger and lock on an object in the hook placement mode to leave a line behind and remove the pole. For extra heavy pulling, a main line can be attached directly to the center of the carabiner (under the set open gate) in lieu of the 5/8" hole for over 5000 lbs of pulling capability.
