• If you not able to program yourself, then can get it done from Locksmith, Toyota dealer or professional mechanic shop who doing key program
  
• Once programme you can get it cut from key cutting shop

Shipping terms

• We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your Shipping address.
  
• Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

• Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
  

Refund & return policies:

• You don't need to cut keys for Any keys please don't cut before program.
• We will not accept any returns or refunds if you cut the key. It is your responsibility to check key shell properly once arrive to you before you cut the key and in case any defect you found please contact us immediately. All the returns postage must be paid by buyer and seller not responsibility to pay return postage
  
• You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you refund or replacement. There are no exceptions.
  
• All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#
  
• Re-stocking 20% will charge for when returning back and balance will refund you, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction on eBay or you may choose to have a replacement
