Please contact us before returning any items for instructions.

Refunds will be given to defective (DOA) items. If item is returned as defective it will be tested, if found functional, only partial refund will be given after all shipping, packing and restocking fees are deducted.

Refunds will also be given to items that arrive physically damaged by shipping. We will require pictures of damaged item and the shipping box prior to initiating a return.

If you are returning an item, make sure it is packed well. We will not be responsible if the item arrives physically damaged via return post.
