Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding any delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment.

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back in to our Warehouse. However, please make sure that you enclose a note with your eBay username, full delivery address and the reason for the return before sending the goods back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 3 working days. Once your order has been refunded you will receive notification via eBay.

If you are returning boxed items, PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH THE RETURNS LABEL OR USE ANY STICKY TAPE ON THE BOX, as your return will not be accepted.
