No refund or exchange except for brand new item that describes in the listing if the item is defective, you have 30 days  from the day product arrived to your place to ship back for exchange. Buyer will pay for shipping charge and 20% restock fee.  Please pay the item immediately after you purchased.  If you are bidding, after you successfully won the item, please submit the payment.  Within 24 hours of purchased or won the bidding, if we did not get your payment, your Ebay transaction will be canceled.  we will remove the product from  your pending invoice. Secondly, we will report Ebay and let them take care of  the rest. So please make sure you read the description and agree with purchase  policy.  We only deal with serious buyer only.  No Returns or Exchanges for International Customers.

     

    Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be original, unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Upon inspecting your return item, possibility of 20% restocking fee.  If item is missing or have sign of used, we will adjust the refund accordingly.  If your item is defective, please send us an email to expedite your issue.  

     

    Refunds:  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal or original method of payment.  You will received the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Back order products will delay your order until the backordered item comes back into stock.
